Digital Products
All digital products sold by The Club Framewrk are delivered electronically as downloadable files. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and consent to immediate delivery. You understand that by accessing or downloading the file, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download or incorrect file delivered), please contact us at elorapeers97@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
Services
For service-based purchases, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start date or delivery will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable. Once a service has been delivered or commenced, no refund will be issued.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at elorapeers97@gmail.com within 7 days and we will work to find a fair resolution.
General
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The Club Framewrk reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
